We’ll look at the housing options and amenities so you can decide if this is the place you want to call home.
Welcome To MountainBrook Village
If you like mountain views, MountainBrook Village at Gold Canyon, Arizona is the community for you. Gold Canyon is located east of Mesa in Apache Junction at the base of the Superstition Mountains. It’s surrounded by 9 million acres of land that’s managed by the Arizona State Trust.
There are no mountains more beautiful than the Superstition Mountains, and there’s no better view of them than in Gold Canyon. MountainBrook Village offers single-family homes and attached units. UDC and Shea homes built 39 different models from 1989 to 2002, and the community is completely built out with only resale homes available now.
Housing Options
UDC had 10 floor plans that ranged in size from 1,390 square feet to 2,317 square feet with two or three bedrooms. The Casitas are located in Brook Village, with 100 attached homes by UDC Homes that mostly back up to the golf course or natural desert area. There are two models available sized at 1,398 square feet and 1,526, and both are two-bedroom two-bath units.
Another option is Hidden Valley, an area comprised of 106 lots and 10 different floor plans. These back up to the golf course or a natural desert area. Shea Homes had two series: the Estate and the Heritage Series. The Heritage Series has five floor plans ranging in size from 1,144 square feet to 1,650 square feet. The Estate Series offers six floor plans ranging from 1,629 square feet to 2,280 square feet.
What about prices? Homes currently range from $327,000 for a 1,144 square foot home to $721,000 for a 2,568 square foot home. HOA fees are about $992 a year.
Amenities
Now let’s talk about what the community offers. MountainBrook Village has an 18-hole championship golf course with sparkling lakes and awe-inspiring mountain views. There are also tennis courts, pickleball, pool, spa, billiards, fitness room, game rooms, poker, ceramics, knitting, line dancing, softball, wood carving, and crafts.
They also have classes including art and photography to capture those beautiful views. Additionally, the Gold Canyon Resort is nearby and provides elegant dining options and additional rooms for your guests.
