Hi, I’m Diana Benson with EXP Realty and today I’m going to tell you all about Sunland Village, one of the 17 retirement communities in the southeast valley located right in Mesa, AZ. 

Did you know that this is one of the most active communities in Mesa? It is also one of the best values! Today, we are going to give you a tour of this vibrant community and show you all that it has to offer!

As I mentioned, Sunland village is one of the most active retirement communities there is; it has 2,685 homes that were built between 1975-1985. There are TONS of amenities including:

  • Multiple pools
  • Tennis courts
  •  PickleBall
  • Craft/hobby rooms 
  • Interest groups available to join 

And to think, you get ALL of this and the HOA fees are only $525 per year! 

As you may know, Arizona is known for its golfing! Sunland village has its own 18 hole gold course with a full practice facility, recently updated pro shop, and an award winning restaurant. With prices as low as $17-$23 dollars May-September. 

Let’s talk about what else you get for your money! There are about 4,000 seasonal and year round residents that live here in either single family homes, villas, or condos. 

  • Single family homes: These are 2 bedroom homes that range from 1080 square feet to 2,060 square feet and range from $185,000-$450,000. This price range is dependent upon lots, whether or not the home is in original condition or updated, etc. 
  • Villas: 1 & 2 bedrooms available that range from 750 square feet to 1,306 square feet and range from $137,000-$196,000 and HOA fees are only $150 per month!
  • Condos: These condos range from 1-3 bedrooms and can vary from 858 square feet to 1,700 square feet. These units are priced between $108,000-$199,900 and HOA fees are only $152 per month!
