Blossom Rock Brookside

The Blossom Rock development within Superstition Vistas is setting a new standard for outdoor-focused community planning. Superstition Vistas, located in the Southeast Valley, is the largest planned community in the area, spanning an incredible 275 square miles—equivalent to the combined size of Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, and Tempe. This Arizona State Trust Land is being developed by D.R. Horton and Brookfield Residential and will eventually feature 10,500 homes ranging from single-family houses to townhomes, condos, and apartments.

One of the most exciting aspects of this development is its dedication to creating outdoor spaces, with 35 parks planned for the community. Among them is the newly opened Painted Sky Dog Park, a fantastic addition for residents and visitors alike.

Features of Painted Sky Dog Park

Painted Sky Dog Park has been thoughtfully designed to cater to dogs and their owners with three unique areas:

  • Active Area: A large, open space perfect for high-energy dogs to run and play. My dog Sophie had a great time here making new friends!
  • Passive Area: A quieter spot ideal for more reserved or timid dogs.
  • Reservable Area: Available for private events or gatherings.

Additional Amenities

The park, owned and operated by the city of Apache Junction, offers much more than just dog-friendly areas:

  • Fenced sections for safety
  • Public restrooms
  • Comfortable sitting areas with a fireplace
  • Shaded ramadas for relaxation

Directly across the street, you’ll find another park featuring a lake, trails, and additional recreational amenities, making this area a great destination for the entire family to enjoy.

If you’re looking for a fun outing, be sure to visit Painted Sky Dog Park and explore all that Blossom Rock and Superstition Vistas have to offer. It’s a great way to enjoy the outdoors and experience one of the many highlights of this growing community!   Have more questions? Call 480-226-1925
