Are you moving to Arizona and wonder what it’s like living here? In this episode of The Great Escape, I’m going to introduce you to the great community of Robson Ranch in Eloy, Arizona. We’ll explore the location and amenities of this neighborhood so you can get a picture of what Arizona life is like.
Welcome To Robson Ranch
Robson Ranch is located south of the metropolitan area. It’s approximately 16 miles south of Phoenix, about 20 miles south of Casa Grande, and 60 miles north of Tucson. It’s an easy drive along the I-10 freeway to access either metropolitan area, and you can get to California by the 8 and 10 freeways.
One of the reasons people like living in this location is its beauty. It has a beautiful golf course and is surrounded by mountains. You’re just far enough out of the city that it has clean air and minimal traffic.
The airports are also within a reasonable distance: Sky Harbor is 57 miles away, Tucson is 52 miles away, and Mesa airport is 44 miles away.
Amenities And Home Prices
Now that we know about Robson Ranch’s location let’s get into the lifestyle and the area’s attraction. Eloy is known for its beautiful surroundings and Robson Ranch. This 55+ community has an 18-hole championship golf course, softball fields, a fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, indoor and outdoor pools, an activity center, restaurants, a ballroom, social centers, and so much more. Shopping is available in the area at both retail and nearby outlet shopping centers.
With so many great amenities in the area, what are the home prices like? The cost of housing varies, and if you have any additional questions, I can answer them for you in more detail. However, here are some general pointers.
Most new homes start at about $285,000 and are about 1,236 square feet to 1,744 square feet. Prices can go up to $600,000. Resells are currently available from $365,000 to $550,000. They range from homes built in 2008 to 2018 and range from 1,400 square feet to 2,489 square feet. A good rule of thumb is that pricing gets a little more expensive if you have a view.
